The law requires us to store personal data no more than necessary. After that, it is permanently deleted and destroyed.

We collect and save personal information you enter on our website (i.e. on our free consultation form), such as your name and e-mail address.

We may also collect business information, public information (information available in public sources) and information required by the law for compliance purposes.

We use an EU-based & hosted privacy-friendly tool, Simple Analytics, to collect and process anonymous metrics that help us understand how visitors use our website and where our traffic comes from. This information allows us to improve our website and provide a better experience for our visitors. We do not track or profile visitors or serve personalized advertising. Additionally, we do not share this data with anyone.

Why do we collect your personal data?

  • To contact you and provide you with information regarding our services and/or other promotional information if we have your consent.
  • To offer you our services upon request.
  • To comply with any present or future contractual obligation we owe to you.
  • If collecting your personal data (name, surname, ID number, address, telephone number) is a contractual obligation and/or a prerequisite to forming a contract with you, you are obliged to provide us with that personal data in that case.

Collecting your personal data (name/e-mail/cookies) is not a prerequisite for browsing our website, and there will be no consequences if you decide not to provide us with your personal data.

  • Data portability: you have a right to receive the data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
