About Anna Stavrinou
Anna specialises in several areas, including intellectual property, real estate, corporate law, general contract matters, and immigration. She prepares, submits, and oversees trademark registration applications, assists with real estate transactions, and handles corporate procedures. Anna regularly advises clients on their corporate, real estate, and business activities and assists them with trademark and copyright matters and the protection of their IP rights.
Her experience includes intellectual property applications at the EUIPO and internationally, as well as considerable work in contract review and drafting, documentation preparation, and procedures for property acquisitions, tax registrations, and other tax-related submissions.
Anna was a trainee lawyer, partly at a private law firm and partly at the Attorney General’s Office. This gave her a valuable comparative perspective and has sharpened her legal research and writing skills.
Her dedication to legal and social matters has led to her involvement in several worthwhile causes and activities. She volunteered with the Red Cross and served on the Committee on Child Rights for a year.
