I first made contact with George K. Konstantinou LLC around 15 months before moving to Cyprus just to know what documentation I would need with regards to residency. I found them via a Google search and it was their website that made me decide to go with them as everything I needed to know about residency was in black and white as well as easy to understand. With 2 months before my move (July 2025) I was able to discuss preparations with my lawyer Antonia and had sent everything I could prior to my move including documentation to open a Bank of Cyprus Account. An appointment was booked with her 3 days after my arrival on the island.

As I found a house within a week of being in Cyprus, Antonia was going to cover this as well.

There were no issues what so ever and everything went so smoothly on all matters as I now have a bank account, residency and a house. This is really due to Antonia's professionalism and organization as she was always one-step ahead. Her friendly and helpful manner really put me at ease. With regards to costs, I cannot complain as their service was first class.
