About Elina Antoniadi
Since she started practising law, Elina has aimed to work as a team member and provide value services to clients by focusing on legal research and the practical presentation of claims and cases to court. After gaining an LLB degree from Leicester University, Elina combined the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with the master’s degree in commercial law (LLM) at the University of Law, UK. During the final part of her law studies, she worked at the award-winning Slater and Gordon law firm in Manchester, earning priceless experience that she brought to bear on her legal work in Cyprus.
After receiving her professional license, Elina began her career as a lawyer, specialising in various legal fields, such as civil and commercial claims, family law, tenancy, and personal injury/ negligence claims. She also handles probate, property matters, and employment law cases. Elina has also represented clients in litigation before all types of courts in Cyprus. Her experience also includes drafting and reviewing diverse legal documents, from contracts and leases to legal opinions and reports.
Besides acquiring the London Chamber of Commerce Higher Certificate in accounting, Elina possesses French (IGCSE) qualifications and the ECDL European Computer Driving License Certificate. Throughout her studies and career, she has aimed to gain wider knowledge and hone her skills, for example, by participating in the Euroscola European Parliament Programme and serving as secretary to the Hellenic Cypriot Society of the University of Leicester’s Student Union.
